I LOVE to Bake

Quite a big passion of mine are Cupcakes and cake decorating!
Have made quite a few cupcakes this year and bought quite a few too.

My brother's Girlfriend bought me the Humming bird cook book for Christmas, its awesome and the recipes are delicious!!

here's some cakes have made.

Me and My Sister Jaymie made this beach cake for our Friend Stu's Birthday last year.
Was so much fun:
We made a victoria sponge in a loaf tin and made cupcake to be the sea.
we used half of a haribo gummy bear to make the sand castle and used edible gold dusting to create the sandy effect.

I made the above cake for my sisters 21st as we were going to see Dirty Dancing for her Birthday!

The above were some delicious cakes purchased from Surbiton Farmers Market!
Was so much fun at the Farmers market, was a really hot day. We were planning to go for Breakfast but i was so full from all the samples of Cheese! I love cheese, sorry I just do hehe!

These are one of the recipes in the Humming bird book, coconut and pineapple cakes.
My sister had some dried pineapple so we used these to decorate with, they tasted pretty awesome too.
